Processing & delivery times
In-stock items ship within 3–5 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs
Shipping is charged per item, at fair rates that cover what it actually costs to send that item. You'll see the shipping cost at checkout. Because carrier and freight costs can vary, especially for large or international shipments, we may adjust the shipping charge before your payment is captured so it reflects the true cost of shipping. Full foil kits and bundles ship at a flat rate.

Boards
Boards ship by air cargo to protect them in transit. Delivery times for boards can vary by destination. We'll contact you with tracking and pickup or delivery details once your board is on its way.

Pre-orders
Pre-order items ship as soon as stock arrives, by the ship date shown on the product page.

Where we ship
We ship worldwide from Puerto Rico. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country, which are the buyer's responsibility.
