North has been able to save weight by using a new kind of lightweight bladder material. As a result, the Reach 2021 has an improved low-end, which ensures an improved performance of both hydrofoil and wave characteristics. In addition, the bridle lines are made of a new, less stretchable material. These new bridle lines give the North Reach 2021 a more direct feel and handling.

As a beginner you will quickly love the North Reach 2021. This is due to the effortless relaunch, the large depower range and the ease with which the North Reach 2021 will go upwind.
The North Reach 2021 also has a lot to offer for advanced kite surfers. The Reach is super versatile and is therefore your "one-kite-quiver". Due to the it’s improved light weight, the North Reach is super suitable for a nice hydrofoil session. The improved steering behavior of the Reach ensures that you can do jumps with ease and practice your first kiteloops. In the smaller sizes, the North Reach also stands its ground between the waves, due to the lighter weight, the drift of the Reach 2021 has been significantly improved and the new bridles provide a more direct steering behavior. For freestyle kitesurfer, the North Reach has a great pop up its sleeve to land your first freestyle tricks. The North Reach 2021 can be adjusted to your personal preferences on the wingtip.

The construction of the North Reach 2021 kite is optimized for light wind and all-round freeride. This means that the North has used a combination of lightweight materials and solid sturdy materials to build the North Reach. As mentioned before, the bladders are made of a super light material. The North Reach canopy is made from premium D2 Teijin double ripstop canpy. The seams on the leading edge are provided with a lightweight Duralite protection.
